Colliers International Raleigh (“Colliers”) announced today that it has been selected by Prologis as the exclusive leasing agent for a 2.8 million-square-foot industrial portfolio in the Triangle area.
Executive Vice Presidents, Larry Lakins, SIOR and Hunter Willard, along with Senior Vice President, Andrew Young of the Colliers Raleigh Industrial Services team, will oversee leasing efforts on behalf of Prologis, retaining the listing of this 100% leased portfolio from the previous ownership, Duke Realty.

The 24-building portfolio is comprised of:
- CenterPoint, two buildings totaling 555,418 SF;
- Perimeter Park, four buildings totaling 358,272 SF;
- Woodlake Center, five buildings totaling 503,490 SF;
- Walnut Creek, five buildings totaling 527,246 SF;
- Greenfield North, eight buildings totaling 905,368 SF
