Renovations for 702 Oberlin are set to be completed in the Summer of 2022.
Colliers International Raleigh (“Colliers”) announced today that it has been selected by Beacon Partners, a North Carolina corporation, as the leasing agent for their recently acquired office building located at 702 Oberlin Road.
The property is located on the highly desired Oberlin Road, steps away from the Village District, which offers tenants numerous restaurants and amenities. Built in 1985, the property is set to receive numerous renovations including an updated façade, an updated lobby, common area, and restrooms. Renovations are anticipated to be complete by the end of summer 2022. The building has four floors with varying current availabilities to suit prospective tenants’ needs.
Eric Forshee, senior vice president, will serve Beacon as the landlord representative.
