Colliers Raleigh to Oversee Leasing of Duke Realty's 3.1 MSF Triangle Industrial Portfolio
RALEIGH, N.C. – (December 14, 2020) – Colliers International is now responsible for the leasing of Duke Realty’s portfolio in the Triangle area of North Carolina.
Larry Lakins, Hunter Willard and Andrew Young, who previously retained the leasing of the project, will continue to lease the 26-building portfolio after migrating to Colliers International | Raleigh-Durham. The portfolio is currently more than 98% leased.

The portfolio includes the following properties:
- Walnut Creek, five buildings totaling 527,246 square feet
- Greenfield North, eight buildings totaling 905,868 square feet with land to support an additional 136,000 SF
- Woodlake Center, seven buildings totaling 801,046 square feet
- Perimeter Park, four buildings totaling 358,036 SF
- CenterPoint, two buildings totaling 555,376 square feet
