Colliers Raleigh is pleased to announce the sale of a 136,000 SF urban infill industrial facility in Raleigh, North Carolina. Located in North Raleigh just 1.5 miles from I-40 via Capital Blvd, the property transacted for $8,000,000 ($58.82 PSF).
The Colliers Raleigh industrial team, consisting of Larry Lakins, Hunter Willard, and Andrew Young represented the buyer, Stout Departure 5201, LLC in the transaction. Colliers Raleigh will also be leasing and managing the property.
“With the current high demand in the Triangle industrial market, we have already secured 40% of the building with a flurry of activity for the remaining space.” Larry Lakins, Senior Vice President, said. “With the high demand for space, we are anticipating the property will be fully leased by the end of the year.”
