Colliers International Raleigh (“Colliers”) announced today that it has been selected by Runnymede Creedmoor, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, as the leasing agent for their Class A office building located at 7200 Creedmoor Road.
The property is situated on about 3.4 acres on one of North Raleigh’s major thoroughfares. Built in 2008, the property is a mix of office and medical space in three stories. Major tenants include Duke Primary Care, Bain Dermatology, and Drucker & Falk.
Eric Forshee, senior vice president, will represent Runnymede as the landlord.
