Dominion Realty Partners (DRP) and Colliers Raleigh are proud to announce DRP’s newest development in the heart of the Triangle, Slater Crossing, in a joint venture with PGIM Real Estate. This development will consist of approximately ±122,000 rentable square feet of Class A+ office space and 199 Class A apartment units along Slater Road in Morrisville, NC. The project lies just off I-40 on Slater Road, at the intersection of Slater Road and Carrington Mill Blvd, between Perimeter Park and I-40. This location provides the development great access to the entire Triangle region. Additionally, the Slater Crossing office building’s location on the northern side of Slater Road allows the building visibility along I-40.
Like all DRP developments, Slater Crossing will include extensive green and sustainability concepts and will obtain LEED certification. Furthermore, the building will be WELL Certified, certifying the space advance human health and well-being. DRP is a strong believer in creating developments that not only benefit the health of the environment, but also the health of the people working in the building.
Colliers Raleigh, led by Senior Vice President Eric Forshee, has been selected as the leasing agent for the office portion of the new development.
