Colliers Raleigh Announces First Brokerage Hire Eric Forshee, Top Office Services Professional

RALEIGH, N.C. – (November 23, 2020) – Eric Forshee has joined Colliers International’s Raleigh office as a senior vice president and principal with a focus on office and life sciences brokerage for commercial real estate owners and occupiers across the Triangle region.

Forshee comes to Colliers with over 11 years of experience in the industry, primarily in landlord representation of office and life science properties for both institutional and local owners across North Carolina. Since 2009, Forshee has leased more than 3 million square feet of space with a value exceeding $300 million. Forshee is a native of North Carolina and a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
