Colliers International To Open Raleigh Office at Wade Office Park

RALEIGH, N.C. – Colliers International will open its new Raleigh office in Wade Office Park in October, the full-service commercial real estate services firm announced.

Colliers has leased 3,300 square feet on the first floor at 5420 Wade Boulevard. The firm expects to employ 17 people including professionals in leasing/sales brokerage, real estate management and valuations. The lease includes provisions that will allow Colliers to expand its footprint within the park following anticipated future growth. Colliers currently has approximately 240 employees in the Carolinas.

Wade Office Park is a master planned, five-building campus with approximately 600,000 square feet of prime office space. Ownership was represented in the transaction by Carlo DiGiorgio of Avison Young.

The new office is being designed to ensure a healthy work environment that will accommodate social distancing standards. Additionally, the space will reflect Colliers’ culture that encourages collaboration and a strong commitment to community service. 

Together with the recent acquisition of Colliers | Charlotte, the company now provides a full range of services including leasing, capital markets, valuation and advisory and property management to regional, national and international clients across North Carolina.
