Accomplished Property Management Professional Brings more than 20 Years of Experience to Expanding Platform

SEATTLE – Tory Glossip, a real estate management professional with more than 20 years of experience, recently joined Colliers International as Managing Director of its Real Estate Management Services (REMS) business line in the Puget Sound Region. In this role, Ms. Glossip will lead Colliers’ management services in Seattle and the rest of western Washington State, with responsibility for the growth of the platform, the expansion of the local team’s industry-leading service level, and the continuation of the operational excellence of the firm’s clients’ assets.

Before joining Colliers, Ms. Glossip most recently oversaw a team that managed a 1.9 million-square-foot portfolio of retail centers, urban properties, grocery-anchored assets and office properties — including Pacific Place, Bellevue Collection, Bay Vista, Issaquah Commons and Westwood Village, among others — as Madison Marquette’s Vice President, Management Services in the Pacific Northwest Region. Earlier, she managed Class A residential and retail properties while at Alliance Residential, Little Harbor Companies, and several independent property owner organizations. She has strong relationships with institutional owners and investors such as Heitman, Invesco, the State of Florida, LaSalle, Grosvenor, Bentall Kennedy, Stockbridge and The Irvine Company. For these and other clients, she identified both new business opportunities and value-add initiatives on existing properties; developed new business; fulfilled strategic plans; marketed and leased space; directed operations; and reduced expenses while maintaining quality, high-performing assets.

Tim Allison, Senior Vice President of Colliers’ Real Estate Management Services in the United States, noted that, “Tory has an incredible background and phenomenal experience in the property management business, both of which will greatly benefit our clients in the Puget Sound. Her understanding of the goals of institutional owners and successful application of best practices and technologies ensures the further elevation of an already strong service in one of the country’s most rapidly growing markets. We look forward to expanding the footprint of REMS in the Puget Sound region together.”

Ms. Glossip stated, “I am excited to join the growing Colliers team because of the fantastic depth of platform, reputation in the industry and overall bench strength. I look forward to expanding the business and serving existing clients at the highest level.”

Ms. Glossip earned a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Iowa and studied abroad in Cambridge, England. She is a member of the Business Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), holding the designation of CPM, and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), holding the designations of CRRP and CSM. Ms. Glossip is a licensed Managing Broker in Washington State and a licensed real estate Broker in California.
