Marketing Begins for Retail Space at The Emerald


Colliers Represents the 4,637-Square-Foot, Two-Unit Opportunity

Colliers International today brings to market 4,637 square feet of prime retail space at the base of The Emerald, a 40-story, luxury condominium tower currently under construction at 121 Stewart Street in Seattle’s downtown. The firm’s Xinxin Li and Ryan Marn represent the property’s developer, Daniels Create World Seattle, in the opportunity.

Projected for completion in the summer of 2020, The Emerald is a premier residential development on the southwest corner of Stewart Street and 2nd Avenue. The retail space offers an identity location with a prominent visual storefront just two blocks from Pike Place Market, a Seattle landmark, Westlake Center, one of the city’s busiest mass transit hubs, and the iconic waterfront. Retail tenants can leverage a captive customer base stemming from both the 265 condominiums in the building and foot traffic along the 2nd Avenue and Pike Street, with residential, tourist and hospitality corridors to build and maintain a strong, year-round business.
