Colliers’ Multifamily Team Connects Buyer and Seller for Value-Add Acquisition of 16-Unit Apartment Community

SEATTLE, Wash. – February 18, 2022 – Colliers today announced the successful sale of Julianne Apartments, a 16-unit apartment community located at 3249 S 160th St. in SeaTac, Washington.  Multifamily experts Tim McKay, Dan Chhan, Sam Wayne, Matt Kemper and Adam Groberman led the Colliers team, who represented both parties in the transaction. The sale closed today for $2,550,000.
