Colliers International Team Leases Office Space at Stunning Pace
BELLEVUE – Just five months after assuming the leasing agency for Gateway One in Bellevue, WA, Colliers International’s Bellevue, WA office successfully leased all the available space in the building. The 110,250-square-foot, Class A property owned by Talon Private Capital is now fully occupied by tenants from many industries, proving that while the much-promoted technology sector accounts for an oversized amount of activity in the city, the profile of Bellevue’s office occupiers remains highly diverse.
Tenants signing new leases or lease extensions in Gateway One since February include Mainspring Wealth Advisors, DCI Engineers, Seattle Pacific Mortgage, MultiCare Health Systems, Evergreen Management Capital, Nichirei USA and TENW.
Colliers’ Sam Ziemba and Derek Heed, who represented Talon Private Capital in the transactions, said their success at Gateway One can be attributed to the building’s creative vibe, strategic location, on-site amenities including a fitness center, wealth of parking, positive image, and outstanding ownership. Talon has continually demonstrated a commitment to provide exceptional office environments throughout their portfolio, including a major capital upgrade to this property five years ago. The success at Gateway One is the latest in a long-term beneficial partnership between Colliers and Talon Private Capital on the Puget Sound Region’s Eastside.
