Allegro On The Hill Trades Hands for $2.33M

Local investor acquires centrally located Capitol Hill Asset

Allegro on the Hill, a nine-unit apartment building located at 1212 E Howell St. in Seattle, sold this week for $2,330,000. A local investor bought the centrally located Capitol Hill property from a Bellevue-based family office. Colliers International’s Dan Chhan, Tim McKay, Sam Wayne, and Matt Kemper represented the sellers in the sale. The buyer was represented by Jacob Odegard at Paragon Real Estate Advisors. Despite challenges presented by the pandemic, significant social unrest and the uncertainty presented by CHOP in an area where rents were falling and vacancy was increasing, Colliers was able to facilitate a buyer and close the transaction.
