Podcast | Retail: Recorded, Episode 3 – The Success of Industrial and Healthcare is Retail?

In this third episode of Retail: Recorded, a monthly podcast series hosted by Anjee Solanki, Anjee connects with her counterparts: Pete Quinn, National Director for Industrial, and Shawn Janus, National Director for Healthcare. They look into healthcare’s long-term impacts caused by the pandemic and the trends we will continue to see in the future. They review the positive impacts the strong industrial sector is experiencing through the increase of e-commerce, re-thinking their supply chain strategy and safety stock. The retail synergies between industrial and healthcare are apparent, but what does that mean for the future? Will we start to see vacant big box spaces turn into distribution centers or healthcare campuses?
