Colliers Pittsburgh Welcomes Back Edward Lawrence

Ed Lawrence, a commercial real estate professional with over 15 years of experience, is returning to Colliers as a Senior Research Analyst for the Pittsburgh market. A vast majority of his tenure in the industry was spent with Colliers from 2011 through 2021, in which he was involved with over 400 transactions, exceeding 200 million square feet. In his new role, Ed will support Colliers' brokerage teams by organizing a platform of research data and partnering with marketing for presentations to both new and existing clients.

Ed also puts his leadership skills to work as a dedicated board member of Services Coordination Unlimited, a Pittsburgh-based nonprofit, as well as a member of the Leadership Council of the Baldwin Community United Methodist Church. A Pittsburgh native, Ed returned to his hometown after graduating from Denison University. He earned an MBA from Waynesburg University. Ed and his wife Lisa reside in Upper St. Clair with their two sons, Eddie and Charlie.
