Colliers in Arizona represents the sale of The Inn Above Oak Creek, a picturesque hotel property in Sedona

PHOENIX, December 2, 2021 –  The Inn Above Oak Creek, a picturesque hotel property in Sedona, sold on November 30, 2021. A local investor purchased the hospitality property from a Florida-based group.

Montoya, James Meng and Jon Grantham of Colliers in Arizona negotiated the sale transaction. An Arizona-based investor purchased the hotel from Sedona Hotel Project of Ponte Verda Beach, Florida.

The Inn Above Oak Creek is an independent, boutique hotel located at 556 State Route 179 in the heart of iconic Sedona, Arizona. The top rated hotel in Sedona, this property is located creek-side with spectacular views of Oak Creek and the surrounding red rocks. The property provides a unique combination of amazing interaction with nature and easy walking distance to Sedona’s best art galleries, boutique shops, restaurants and Tlaquepaque Arts & Crafts Village.

The intimate property features 13 units with a total of 7,781 square feet of space. Most rooms within the inn feature gas powered fireplaces, en suite bathrooms with jetted tubs, and private decks. The rooms are best known for their creekside locations and/or red rock views.
