Kathy Foster named Woman of Influence 2021 by GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum

Tenant representation specialist represents high-profile global clients

July-August 2021 - Kathy Foster of Colliers was recognized as a Woman of Influence 2021 by GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum.

As a specialist in tenant representation, Kathy Foster represents high-profile clients across the globe. In her 27-year career, she has completed more than 10 million square feet in transactions in more than 100 markets.

Foster has expanded her expertise to include complex transactions, developments and portfolio management in the Americas, APAC and EMA.

She currently serves as senior vice president of occupier services at Colliers and manages the real estate portfolios of four global companies, totaling more than 25 million square feet in more than 1,500 locations.

Foster is president-elect of her local CoreNet chapter and a member of NAIOP.

Prior to joining Colliers, Kathy was a principal with Cresa Phoenix for seven years, specializing in corporate real estate. Previously, she managed the corporate real estate portfolio for First Health Group based in Scottsdale for 13 years. The portfolio consisted of more than 2.7 million square feet with an annual operating budget of $33 million.
