Gummi World signs lease at Chandler Corporate Industrial Center

Company to open R&D manufacturing facility in East Valley location

PHOENIX – Gummi World, headquartered in Austin, Texas, leased approximately 50,000 square feet of space at Chandler Corporate Industrial Center (CCIC) at 370 N. Juniper Drive. The manufacturer of nutraceutical gummy vitamins, soft gels and hard capsules has completed its new R&D manufacturing facility and will soon open at the northwest corner of McClintock Drive and Chandler Boulevard. 

Gummi World, a privately held company, signed a long-term lease for half the space in the 100,018-square-foot new building. The new R&D lab will be a fully compliant facility that is FDA-Registered and cGMP Certified. Gummi World will hire hundreds of employees with competitive salaries, engineers, as well as multiple employees in high-level administration and production positions. Plans call for Gummi World to take full occupancy of the space in December.

Hopley and Dillon Hopley handled the lease transaction on behalf of Gummi World and the landlord, DPMG Juniper, LLC.

Gummi World will have its grand opening/ribbon cutting event and open house of its national clientele in mid-December.
