Gummi World signs lease at Chandler Corporate Industrial Center

Company to open R&D manufacturing facility in East Valley location

PHOENIX – Gummi World, headquartered in Austin, Texas, leased approximately 50,000 square feet of space at Chandler Corporate Industrial Center (CCIC) at 370 N. Juniper Drive. The manufacturer of nutraceutical gummy vitamins, soft gels and hard capsules has completed its new R&D manufacturing facility and will soon open at the northwest corner of McClintock Drive and Chandler Boulevard.

Gummi World, a privately held company, signed a long-term lease for half the space in the 100,018-square-foot new building. The new R&D lab will be a fully compliant facility that is FDA-Registered and cGMP Certified. Gummi World will hire hundreds of employees with competitive salaries, engineers, as well as multiple employees in high-level administration and production positions. Plans call for Gummi World to take full occupancy of the space in December.

“The Chandler Corporate Industrial Center was a perfect location and fit for Gummi World and its employees,” says Greg Hopley, executive vice president with Colliers in Arizona. “This new location for Gummi World provides their company and employees direct access to major retail amenities, hotels, residential communities and a variety of freeways.”

Hopley and Dillon Hopley handled the lease transaction on behalf of Gummi World and the landlord, DPMG Juniper, LLC.

“We are excited to have Gummi World join our growing community here in Chandler,” said Chandler Mayor Kevin Hartke. “This leading company will provide high quality jobs and joins many other outstanding corporations who have selected Chandler as ideal for their businesses.”

Chandler is rapidly expanding its commercial core and is home to other large companies like Intel, Wells Fargo, PayPal, Northrup Grumman, Microchip Technology and NXP to name a few.

Alexander Candelario, CEO of Gummi World says, “With our new southwest corporate headquarters now located in Chandler, Gummi World plans to recruit, hire and train new employees to perform and reflect the extremely high standards that Gummi World abides by for our clientele and the public.”
Gummi World will have its grand opening/ribbon cutting event and open house of its national clientele in mid-December.
