Bettina Hunt joins Healthcare Real Estate Team in Phoenix

Bettina Hunt has been named senior vice president of Colliers in Arizona, joining the healthcare specialists in the company’s Phoenix office.

PHOENIX – Bettina Hunt has been named Senior Vice President of Colliers in Arizona, joining the healthcare specialists in the company’s Phoenix office, bringing 23 years of commercial real estate experience to her new role.

“Bettina is a highly respected professional within the medical real estate market and we are thrilled she has joined our team,” says Bob Mulhern, senior managing director of Colliers in Arizona. “Bettina has spent the last 16 years specializing in landlord and tenant representation within the healthcare space, and has become as a leader in the industry.” 

Hunt served as Senior Vice President of Leasing for Healthcare Trust of America, Inc. (HTA) and as Designated Broker in Arizona for Healthcare Management of America, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of HTA. In addition to handling direct leasing, Hunt expanded her role to overseeing all aspects of business development for a 3.7 million square foot medical office building portfolio located across nine states.

Hunt has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a focus in Real Estate Management. She holds a Certified Property Manager Designation (CPM) and a Certified Commercial Investment Member Designation (CCIM.) Hunt was recognized as one of Arizona’s Most influential Women in Commercial Real Estate. She currently serves on the Westmarc Healthcare Committee and as a Board Member for CCIM’s Central Arizona Chapter.

While gaining experience as a real estate broker, Bettina completed her designation training to become a Certified Property Manager (CPM), giving her an in-depth understanding of property management from both the landlord and tenant perspectives. She also completed her designation as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and continues to hold both designations through continuing education.

Bettina’s career path also includes her time on the Banner Del E. Webb and Boswell Medical Center Campus where she served as director of leasing and operations.
