Five Pennsauken Industrial Buildings Trade Hands


130,435 Square Feet of Property in Pennsauken Industrial Park

August 26, 2019 [Pennsauken, NJ] Ian Richman and Marc Isdaner of Colliers International’s Mount Laurel office have brokered the sale of five fully-leased buildings in the Pennsauken Industrial Park totaling 130,435 square feet. The properties on Bethel Avenue (841, 845, 851, 959, and 965 Bethel Avenue) have sold to a private investor. The seller was a private owner. With this transaction, Colliers continues its successful track record of sales in Pennsauken, making it the 12th completed sale of the team in the past 18 months in Pennsauken.
