Colliers Weitzman Arranges Ciocca Auto Group Purchase of Industrial Warehouse in Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA, PA September 19, 2022 – Rich Weitzman, a Senior Vice President with Colliers, recently arranged the purchase of 9986 Gantry Road, an industrial property in Northeast Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, by Ciocca Dealerships.

The 23,500 square foot industrial facility has convenient access throughout Northeast Philadelphia, Bucks and Montgomery counties. Ciocca Dealerships will open a Collision Center in the space, their ninth in Pennsylvania and 11th overall. The property was purchased from a private seller. This is the third transaction that Weitzman has arranged for Ciocca Auto Group in as many years.
