Colliers Tim Pulte Selected to Transition Team for PA Governor-Elect Josh Shapiro


Philadelphia Commercial Real Estate Veteran to Advise on Business Development in Pennsylvania

Philadelphia, PA 12/06/2022 – Colliers is pleased to announce the recent appointment of Tim Pulte to the Transition Advisory Committee for Economic Development of Governor-Elect Josh Shapiro and Lieutenant Governor-Elect Austin Davis. The committee serves to advise the incoming Administration and prepare to advance the Governor-Elect’s top priorities. Tim is an Executive Managing Director and Market Leader of the Philadelphia Tri-State Region for Colliers, where he is responsible for managing and developing office and industrial brokerage teams.

As part of the Advisory Committee for Economic Development, Tim will play a critical role in advising the Shapiro-Davis transition on how to create an economy that works for everyone. The committee will review current policies and make recommendations about how to spur innovation, grow the economy, reduce taxes, cut burdensome regulations, embrace Pennsylvania’s role as an energy leader, support Pennsylvania’s rural communities, and create new opportunities for businesses and workers across the Commonwealth.

Tim will serve on the Business Development team under the leadership of Economic Development chair Matt Smith, President of the Greater Pittsburgh Chamber of Commerce. Fellow team members include former Congressional member Charlie Dent, state economic development official Luke Bernstein who serves as the President & CEO of the Pennsylvania Chamber of Business & Industry, and local Philadelphia business leaders such as John Grady of the leading life sciences development firm Wexford Science & Technology.  Tim is the senior most ranking member of the Business Development team from within the Philadelphia area’s commercial real estate brokerage industry. Tim is the former Chief Operations Officer of the Delaware River Port Authority and has previously served on the transition committees for both Mayor-elect Michael Nutter and Governor-elect Ed Rendell. In his career, Tim has has been an active participant to the board of trustees for Thomas Jefferson University, the board of directors for the Philadelphia Police Athletics League,  the Advisory Council for Villanova Univeristy School of Business. Tim was previously selected by gubernatorial appointment to the Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority as well as to the Indiana University of Pennsylvania’s Council of Trustees.
