Hamilton Mall is a one million square foot shopping center located just 12 miles from Atlantic City featuring over 100 stores and restaurants. The mall was recently purchased by Long Island-based real estate investment firms Namdar Realty Group and Mason Asset Management, both preeminent privately-owned owner/operators of retail assets. Combined – their national portfolio is close to 100 million square feet, including 180 regional malls between them. Current opportunities at Hamilton Mall reflect the sea changes that faced traditional retail over the last decade; they include a 206,924 square foot anchor location vacated by Sears as well as a 12,000 square foot in-line opportunity, among others.
