Colliers is Exclusive Agent for Millennium Campus of Conshohocken

Move Comes as Rare Big Block Space Becomes Available

CONSHOHOCKEN, PA, April 6, 2021 – Colliers is pleased to announce the selection of the team of John Susanin, Kyle Hilbert and Joe Nassib as exclusive leasing agents to the Millennium office campus of Conshohocken by ownership group Morgan Properties.  

Renowned for its unique character, Millennium is a three-building, modern Class A creative office campus of over 196,769 square feet at the banks of the Schuylkill River in the steadily rising Conshohocken office submarket. The campus buildings Millennium I, II and III are already home to major regional firms such as Kynetic, Stifel Nicholous, and Cantor Fitzgerald.

The move comes at a rare moment of heightened opportunity on the campus. AmerisourceBergen’s planned 427,000-square-foot headquarters consolidation both deepens commitment to the Conshohocken area and validates Conshohocken’s status for corporate headquarters. It also creates a rare chance for big-block space in a tightly constrained submarket as 35,555 square feet of space becomes available at Millennium.

Joe Nassib joined Colliers in 2019 and his prime focus has been Tenant and Landlord representation in Philadelphia and the greater Philadelphia suburbs. Joe brings a hard-working attitude, teamwork approach and entrepreneurial nature to the projects he serves.

Prior to joining Colliers, Joe served as a sales/leasing associate for Wolf Commercial Real Estate where he represented numerous property owners and national tenants. 

Before embarking upon a real estate career, Joe spent nearly three years as a commercial construction project manager. In this position, Joe managed many projects from start to finish. His clients included local and national retail tenants, landlords, developers, community and neighborhood development groups, investors, and startup companies.
