Colliers Facilitates Sale/Leaseback of 1450 Taylors Lane to Northbridge Partners


Global coatings company Actega will continue long term lease on site

CINNAMINSON, NJ  January 4, 2023 – Colliers is pleased to announce an entity affiliated with Northbridge Partners has acquired 1450 Taylors Lane in Cinnaminson, NJ in a sale/leaseback transaction brokered by Richard Gorodesky, SIOR.

The property is 100% long term leased to Actega North America, a wholly owned subsidiary of Altana (Europe).  Actega develops, produces and distributes water-based and energy curable specialty coatings, inks, adhesives and sealing compounds with a focus on the packaging, graphic arts and medical industries.  Its products offer high-value visual and functional appearances to paper, board, metal or plastic. Altana has production facilities in Europe, North and South America and China.

The building is 67,260 +/- square feet, is situated on 4 +/- acres and features 24’ clear height,  9 tailgate loading docks (expandable to 13), plus 3 concrete ramp drive-in doors.

Based in Wakefield, Massachusetts, Northbridge is a vertically integrated real estate firm with a focus on acquiring infill logistics assets of small to mid-sized industrial assets critical to the supply chain.   It has a targeted geographic footprint focused on densely populated major markets on the east coast.

The Seller, 1450 Taylors Associates LLC, was exclusively represented by Richard Gorodesky, SIOR, of Colliers, who was the sole broker in this transaction.
