Colliers Arranges New Tesla Location in West Chester


WEST CHESTER, PA   July 23, 2021 – Rich Weitzman, a Senior Vice President with Colliers, recently represented the Piazza Auto Group arranging a long-term lease with Tesla Motors in an off-market transaction at 1568 West Chester Pike in West Chester, Pennsylvania.  

The modern auto dealership facility of 30,000 square feet sits on 3.6 acres along the retail corridor of West Chester Pike and Route 352. Jaguar Land Rover currently occupies the dealership and will be relocating to new facilities currently under construction.
Tesla plans to open in 2022 and was represented by Metro Commercial in the transaction.
