Colliers International Announces Sale of Volvo Parkway Office Portfolio for $8.4 Million

Colliers International is pleased to announce the sale of a three-building office portfolio in the Greenbrier submarket of Chesapeake. The seller, Davenport Group Real Estate/Lefcoe Development, was represented by J. Scott Adams, CCIM, president of Colliers Virginia. 

A private investor purchased the 95%-occupied portfolio for $8.4 million. Major tenants in the portfolio include Alutiiq, LLC; Atlantic Orthopaedic Specialists and Burdette Beckmann, Inc. 

Adams stated, “There continues to be strong investor demand for local commercial real estate investment opportunities. The dynamic Greenbrier area is at or near the top of the list for many investors.”
