Victoria Pickett Promoted to Senior Vice President at Colliers Norfolk

NORFOLK, Va., February 23, 2022 – Colliers is pleased to announce Victoria Pickett has been promoted to senior vice president.

A member of the Colliers Multifamily Advisory Group, Pickett has transacted over $2 billion in sales volume with her team since joining the firm in 2014. She is an expert in the marketing, disposition, and underwriting of multifamily properties throughout southern Virginia with a focus in Hampton Roads.

Pickett is a graduate of Virginia Tech where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Information Systems. She is a member of the Real Professionals Network and active within the local real estate community.

As part of the Colliers International Multifamily Advisory Group, Victoria specializes in the exclusive listing of multifamily properties throughout Virginia. Early in her career, Victoria worked as an auditor and consultant for DHG LLP, a top 20 public accounting firm, where she primarily served commercial real estate and financial institution clients, specializing in multifamily housing and bank lending operations. Prior experiences include audits of VHDA and HUD-assisted projects, multifamily property management consulting and compliance, and audits of development cost certifications.
