Colliers Expands Brokerage Division with New Regional Operations Manager

Kristina Rodriguez joins the Virginia and Raleigh markets after previously working with the Dallas office.

Colliers welcomes Kristina Rodriguez as the new regional operations manager for brokerage for its Virginia and Raleigh offices.  She will be responsible for facilitating the efficient and effective delivery of the corporate support processes for the brokerage division, including the human resources, finance, and information technology areas. Most recently, Rodriguez served in brokerage operations for a top producing brokerage team within the Dallas office.

“I am honored to join the Virginia and Raleigh offices as the regional operations manager for brokerage,” said Rodriguez. “The knowledge and experience of the team is insurmountable, and I am eager to further develop the overall experience of Colliers professionals and clients while continuing to grow the company.”

While at Colliers, Rodriguez helped found the Employee Resource Group (ERG) Pillar for Colliers’ North America Diversity and Inclusion Program for the Veterans Initiative, a program focused on providing opportunities in recruiting, mentoring, networking, and professional development for military veterans working at Colliers. Rodriguez previously served as a military police officer in the U.S. Army.

“Kristina quickly emerged as a top candidate during our search due to her experience and enthusiasm she brings to the role,” stated Scott Adams, president for Colliers Virginia and Raleigh. “I look forward to working with her directly and creating enhanced synergy within our brokerage division.”

Rodriguez comes with more than 18 years of industry experience holding various roles in commercial real estate. Prior to Colliers, she spent 13 years in multifamily management followed by five years with Cushman and Wakefield. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration, with a minor in psychology, from Louisiana State University.
