Colliers Virginia Appoints Board of Directors

Colliers Virginia has announced its Boards of Directors to oversee Colliers International’s regional offices in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
 
The regional company has a national Board of Directors comprised of three senior leaders from Colliers International and two senior leaders from Colliers Virginia. The international firm’s leaders include Gil Borok, chief executive officer; Matt Hawkins,  general counsel; and Ryan Kratz, Southeast president of brokerage. The regional leaders include Tony Smith, chairman; and Scott Adams, president of Colliers Virginia. 
 
The regional Virginia company also has a Virginia-based Board of Directors for strategic advisory input. That regional board includes Smith and six other senior leaders including two based in Norfolk (Gray Randolph and Lang Williams) and four based in Richmond (David Wilkins, Matt Anderson, Todd Willett and Will Bradley).

Matt Anderson

Matt joined the firm in 2006 as a junior agent with no previous real estate background, learning the business from the ground up. He quickly became an integral part of the brokerage team representing owners and occupiers of office and industrial properties.

Todd Willett

Todd Willett is the Regional Managing Director of REMS|Virginia  and oversees and coordinates a team of real estate managers and support staff responsible for over 50  million square feet of office, flex, industrial, and retail assignments. Todd has 25 years of experience and joined the firm in 1998. Previously he was with a real estate development company for nine years where he was responsible for development, property management, accounting and administration for office buildings, medical centers and industrial properties. In addition, Todd spent three years managing residential properties in Northern Virginia and Hampton Roads. In Northern Virginia, he was responsible for 3,000 residential properties which consisted of single family homes, apartments and condominiums. Scott Adams

Beginning fall 2020, Mr. Adams will also have leadership oversight for the Raleigh, NC market. 

Prior to Colliers International, Mr. Adams was President for CBRE’s Mid-South Region Affiliate Offices (including offices in Virginia and throughout North Carolina) as well as a Senior Consultant with Kenneth Leventhal & Company (now part of EY) in their Washington, D.C. office. 

Mr. Adams is also actively involved in serving the military veteran community as well as for real estate initiatives at the University of Virginia.
