Colliers is pleased to announce the investment sale of the Advance Auto Parts building at 11019 Jefferson Blvd. in Newport News from Wheeler Commercial Properties LLC to Jefferson Ave LLC for $835,000. 

The building, comprising 8,250 square feet of retail space, has been leased to Advance Auto Parts since 1994.
