88,000 SF Former Segway Building Sold to LSNE Contract Manufacturing for $8.63M

Manchester, NH – Colliers, a global leader in commercial real estate services, is pleased to announce the sale of 14 Technology Drive in Bedford, NH. The 88,214 SF building sits on almost 18 acres. Formerly the headquarters for Segway, Inc., the building features 11 loading docks and a drive-in door.

LSNE Contract Manufacturing, a leading contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO), purchased the property for $8.63 million, according to the Hillsborough County Registry of Deeds. The addition of a new pharmaceutical manufacturing facility will increase LSNE's clinical and commercial drug product manufacturing capacity. New manufacturing production will create growth opportunities for current employees and bring new jobs to the state of New Hampshire.
