Portsmouth, NH – Colliers, a global leader in commercial real estate services, is pleased to announce the addition of Tim Braseth to the Colliers team in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.

Tim has recently returned to his native New Hampshire from Los Angeles where he spent the last eighteen years in real estate. With his companies ArtCraft Homes and ArtCraft Development, he bought, renovated, and resold dozens of luxury properties throughout LA. Tim has written about real estate and development for the Urban Land Institute, Form Magazine, and Modernism Magazine, has been a frequent speaker and panelist at real estate conferences, and has been featured on HGTV and published in Dwell Magazine, Los Angeles Times, and other media outlets.
