Colliers Sells Exeter Land to Primrose Schools to Open New Location in 2022

Primrose Schools plans to open a brand new 12,796± SF building in Summer 2022 at 5 McKay Drive, Exeter, NH

Portsmouth, NH – Colliers, a global leader in commercial real estate services, is pleased to announce the sale of 2.31± acres on McKay Drive in Exeter for the development of a brand new 12,796± SF building for Primrose Schools.

Andrew Ward, of Colliers’ Portsmouth office, represented the Buyer, Primrose Schools, in the land acquisition. Christian Stallkamp, of the Boulous Company, represented the Seller, Boulders Realty Corp.

Primrose Schools are a respected national system of accredited early education and care schools. It plans to serve nearly 200 children between the ages of 5 weeks to 5 years at its new location at 5 McKay Drive, Exeter, and is projected to open Summer 2022.

The land enjoys great visibility from Route 27 (Epping Road) and has proximity to both historic downtown Exeter and Route 101, a major connector highway.
