Industrial Distribution Center Sells for $11.75 Million

Texas-Based Investment Firm Purchased the 109,085 Square-Foot Facility

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – An Antioch industrial distribution center, with the address 5582 Mount View Road, was sold on December 15, 2021, for $11,750,000.

Stonelake Capital Partners, a Texas-based real estate private equity firm with offices in Austin, Dallas, and Houston, purchased the property from South Creek Properties, which sold the property under a sale-leaseback agreement, in which CNI Distribution fully occupies the space. 
Zac Cypress, SIOR, and Max Smith, CCIM, senior vice presidents of Colliers International Nashville, LLC, brokered the transaction between Stonelake Capital Partners and South Creek Properties. Cypress said “Sale-leasebacks have become a popular avenue for businesses to capitalize on the thriving industrial real estate market, interrupting the operation of their facilities.”

The distribution center is a 109,082 square-foot, single-tenant facility situated on a 13.72-acre site with land to expand the building and add additional trailer parking. The property is tucked into a fast-growing area located in the southeast corner of Davidson County.
