Nashville-Based Development Firm Purchased the 227,958 Square-Foot Mall
NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Lebanon Outlets, with the address 1 Outlet Village Boulevard in Lebanon, Tennessee, was sold on May 20, 2022, for $9,200,000.
The Nashville-based development firm, Land Solutions, purchased the 227,958 square-foot outlet mall with plans to revitalize the property for mixed-use development. The project will include areas for high-end shopping and dining, Class A office space, and will offer a residential component.
Max Smith, SIOR, and Zac Cypress, CCIM, senior vice presidents of Colliers Nashville, brokered the transaction representing both sides.
“With the substantial growth of Lebanon, it is great to see local developers convert an underutilized site into a walkable mixed-use community,” Smith said. “This should help the city and the county work towards achieving many of their retail and housing goals.”
The outlet mall, built in 1998, is directly off Interstate 40 via Murfreesboro Road and just south of Lebanon's downtown district in Wilson County. The 47.30-acre property experiences tremendous interstate visibility and is a short 25 miles east of Nashville.
