Melanie Tigrett Joins Colliers Nashville as Senior Associate
NASHVILLE, Tenn., May 19, 2022 – Melanie Tigrett, a seasoned veteran in the commercial real estate industry, recently joined Colliers Nashville as a Senior Associate.
Having negotiated more than $50 million worth of transactions during her 10-year tenure in the industry, Tigrett joins Colliers Nashville to partner with an industry-leading brokerage team of 42 brokers specializing in multiple product lines. With a commercial real estate lending background, Tigrett understands the complexities of navigating the lease negotiation process and will focus her efforts on providing Tenant Advisory services for a nationwide client base.
Tigrett relocated with her family to Nashville from Memphis, TN, where she worked with Slovis & Associates, LLC, providing representation for landlords and tenants of retail and office properties. Prior experience is with Regions Bank analyzing and underwriting new and renewal commercial real estate loans incorporating tax credit facilitation and bond issuances.
