Please join us in welcoming Elizabeth Hagedorn to the Colliers Real Estate Management Services team. Elizabeth brings twenty years of property management experience in all types of real estate classes, including retail, office, industrial and residential. Elizabeth has expertise in property operations and financial management, including budget preparation and CAM reconciliations, tenant improvements, construction activities, and tenant relations. Most recently, Elizabeth was a Senior Property Manager with Regency Centers, where she managed nine retail centers comprised of 1M square feet. Before Regency, Elizabeth and her team managed over thirty strip centers and free-standing properties for Geneva Management. With Colliers, Elizabeth will manage a portfolio of retail centers, including Shops at Windsong, Carothers Crossing, Centennial Crossing, Pinnacle Point, Perimeter Park, St. Andrews Place, and Century Plaza.
Elizabeth and her family, including her fiancé, two daughters, and dog, are moving from Miami, Florida. Please give her a warm Nashville welcome.
