MTSU's 1,000-Point Club Inductee Joins Colliers Nashville

NASHVILLE, Tenn., July 6, 2022 – Colliers Nashville announced the addition of Donovan Sims, a Middle Tennessee State University’s (MTSU) 1,000-point club inductee, to the Colliers industrial brokerage team.

Following a college career as a top player for MTSU’s basketball team, Sims joins Colliers as a partner to industry veteran Bill Buntyn, Senior Vice President, and Senior Associate Reese Abee. He joins as an Associate broker representing a nationwide client base of industrial product owners and will specialize in investment sales of flex, big-box, manufacturing, and distribution facilities in the Middle Tennessee market. Sims joins a brokerage team of 45 brokers expanding Colliers’ footprint in Nashville’s commercial real estate market.

During his college career at MTSU in Murfreesboro, TN, Sims earned a Bachelor of Science while playing basketball for the university. During this time, the basketball team won two Conference Regional Seasons, 2017-2018 and 2021-2022, and in 2022, Sims was inducted as the 34th member of MTSU's 1,000-point club. He volunteers his time working at the annual Area 16 Special Olympics event hosted by MTSU and for the 147 Team, a national nonprofit community outreach organization that provides for vulnerable children's physical and spiritual needs.

“Adding Donovan to the Colliers Nashville industrial team is a major win for Colliers and for our clients” said Janet Miller, CEO & Market Leader of the Colliers Nashville office. “We look forward to working with Donovan as he grows his Nashville and Rutherford County business.”
