Chad McCardell Added as Vice President
NASHVILLE, Tenn., March 7, 2023 - Chad McCardell joins Colliers Nashville as a Vice President with the industrial team. The Colliers Nashville industrial team offers a combined 128+ years of experience with expertise in advisory services for users and owners of flex, big-box, manufacturing, and distribution assets.

Originally from California, McCardell relocated to Nashville with an extensive career in the commercial real estate industry. His experience includes 128 transactions totaling $97.5 million in transaction value and sold/leased 9.6 million square feet of industrial space. His highest-profile transaction to date was the sale and lease of the 75-acre West Tech Industrial Park in Fowler, CA, which included 26 build-to-suit opportunities. McCardell is currently representing the developer of Palm Lakes Business Park in Fresno, CA, a 30-acre build-to-suit asset.
McCardell is a former NCAA Division 1 College Baseball umpire who worked post-season NCAA Regionals, including the Western Athletic Conference, Mountain West Conference, Big West Conference, and the West Coast Conference. In addition to umpiring, Mc Cardell is an avid golfer who enjoys riding his motorcycle and traveling with his wife in their RV in his spare time..
