A Nashville native, Jernigan is deeply invested in the city, having built a 25+ year career acquiring commercial real estate assets in Nashville and Middle Tennessee. His portfolio includes retail acquisitions in Green Hills in 2008, Midtown in 2010, and White Bridge Road in 2013. During his tenure as a commercial real estate advisor, Jernigan has averaged over thirty commercial real estate transactions a year. Jernigan serves a national client base of investors and users of a wide range of product lines, including retail, office, industrial, and land assets.
