Miami-Based Flexible Workspace Firm Expands to Nashville

Ampersand Studios Signs Eleven-Year Lease on Music Row

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Ampersand Studios, a Miami, Florida, based limited liability company, signs an eleven-year lease at the recently developed 1030 Music Row building in Nashville’s historic Music Row neighborhood. The lease is for 26,124 square feet of office space.

Matthew Giles, principal and founder of Ampersand Studios said, “Nashville was the obvious choice for our second location and we’re very excited to be bringing our concept there.” Giles continued, “Ampersand Studios is not your typical co-working space, with a specific focus on the creative industries. 1030 Music Row is the perfect building, in that it aligns with our design aesthetic and is in an iconic and very convenient location.”

Ampersand Studios is a leading provider of flexible workspace in Miami, Florida. The firm offers private offices, thoughtfully designed workspaces, and access to content studios, conference rooms, and collaboration areas for the creative spirit. Spaces are designed to meet the needs of entrepreneurs, creators, and dynamic companies.

1030 Music Row, with the street address 1030 16th Avenue South, Nashville, Tennessee, is a 5-story, 112,292-square-foot boutique office building in Nashville’s historic Music Row neighborhood. The building is one of the first mass-timber-constructed office spaces in the Nashville market.

Brian Casey, vice president of Colliers Nashville, brokered the transaction representing Ampersand Studios.
