NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Ampersand Studios, a Miami, Florida, based limited liability company, signs an eleven-year lease at the recently developed 1030 Music Row building in Nashville’s historic Music Row neighborhood. The lease is for 26,124 square feet of office space.
