Sam Carduner and Rosson Hendrixson Join Middle Tennessee's Largest Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Firm
NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Colliers Nashville announced today the addition of two brokers, Sam Carduner and Rosson Hendrixson. Carduner and Hendrixson join the largest brokerage team in the Middle Tennessee region, bringing the broker count to 44 professionals.

A native of San Antonio, Texas, Carduner recently relocated to the Nashville area to join the top-producing retail brokerage team of Colliers Nashville. Carduner will be working alongside industry veterans Tony Vaughn, Mike Baggett, David Atchison, Woody Widenhofer, and Brian Forrester, focusing his efforts on the retail suburban markets.
Carduner previously worked for Carduner Commercial, a San Antonio-based and family-owned brokerage firm focusing on retail real estate. There, Carduner worked with a number of notable clients, including Crunch Fitness, Mathnasium, and Epic Wings.
Rosson Hendrixson grew up in the commercial real estate business, following in the footsteps of long-time Colliers broker Radley Hendrixson. He is a graduate of The University of Knoxville, Haslam College of Business, and is currently pursuing his Master of Business Administration, with a real estate specialization, from Florida State University’s College of Business. Hendrixson will focus on tenant and landlord representation for a nationwide client base with in the industrial and retail sectors.
