Colliers Nashville Project Management Division Adds Industry Veteran Anjona Pal to the Team

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Anjona Pal, an industry veteran in the Nashville market, joined the Colliers Nashville Project Management division, bringing 20+ years of in-depth knowledge of furniture, architecture, and interior design experience.
Pal works on start to finish construction and remodeling projects with a focus on ownership representation, advising clients through the complexities of each project.
Pal partnered with Chris Neese, Managing Director, and Lauren Bonfield, Project Manager, of the Project Management team. “We are excited to add Anjona to our growing family,” Neese said. “I have known Anjona for many years and have always respected her as a professional and a person. She brings a unique skillset to our team that will further elevate the service we offer our clientele.”
Pal joins the team with an extensive resume of notable completed projects, including the 14-acre Neuhoff Development site – an adaptive reuse project for an over 100-year-old building in the Germantown neighborhood of Nashville. Pal also worked with Lifeway Christian Stores to create an innovative concept prototype. Pal handled the overall interior design and merchandising for the retail shoppes, where shortly following the prototype launch, the client experienced an overall boost in sales.

Before joining Colliers Nashville, Pal worked with Smith Gee Studio.
