Lance Bloom, a Nashville native, is a power player in Nashville’s commercial real estate industry, having completed more than $600 million in transactions. Bloom specializes in urban land sales focusing on Nashville’s Central Business District and core submarkets for office, hospitality, multifamily, and retail uses. Bloom has been named a Colliers Nashville Top 10 producer year after year since joining the Colliers team in 2017.
