Colliers Minneapolis-St. Paul Welcomes New Senior Marketing Manager

Strategic hire builds on growth momentum started in 2021

MINNEAPOLIS February 3, 2022 – Today, Colliers’ Minneapolis-St. Paul office announced the hire of Terri Jackson as senior marketing manager, leading brand positioning for the market and supporting the team’s brokerage and real estate management professionals. Jackson, a distinguished marketing and communications expert with 11 years of experience in the real estate industry, will take on a leadership role in the office, where she will oversee a team of marketing professionals and collaborate with them to evolve Colliers’ creative services platform.

With the support of the office’s marketing team, Jackson will be tasked with utilizing best in class technology, tools and resources across marketing, research, analytics and portfolio management to continue elevating the services provided to clients. On top of these responsibilities, Jackson will also lead creative strategy for business development initiatives while overseeing the development of best-in-class digital and print marketing collateral to support listing campaigns and lead generation.

In 1992, Jackson launched her career as an interior designer for Nancy Foreman Design, an architecture design and planning firm, in Richmond, Virginia. A year later, she transitioned into a facilities project management role at Capital One, where she remained for five years before shifting her specialization to workplace strategy, communications and client relations. For over 25 years, Jackson has managed brand and marketing initiatives for various interior design and real estate companies, including HGA Architects and Engineers, Steelcase, Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors, Atmosphere Commercial Interiors and Herman Miller.
