Colliers Adds Industry Veteran Misty Bowe to Minneapolis Healthcare Team

Experienced healthcare broker joins Colliers Minneapolis-St. Paul as a Senior Vice President

Minneapolis, MN (September 30, 2021) - Colliers, a leading diversified professional services and investment management company, has added Misty Bowe to their Minneapolis St. Paul roster of brokers. Misty, an industry veteran with over 18 years of experience  and relationships with healthcare clients in the Minneapolis St. Paul market, will join the firm’s existing healthcare real estate team of Senior Vice Presidents Brian Bruggeman and Louis Suarez. The three will work together to serve a diverse portfolio of healthcare clients ranging in size from large healthcare systems to independent practices.

Starting October 1, Misty will assume the title of senior vice president and apply her background in tenant advisory to Colliers Minneapolis’ healthcare offering. Misty will play a crucial role in advising and consulting with a variety of healthcare tenants and landlords on their existing assets, managing portfolios, overseeing lease administration and working with the team to pursue listing and tenant representation opportunities.

Misty began her career in 2003 as a lease administrator for a local commercial real estate firm. In 2009, she transitioned into an advisory role and began focusing on healthcare clients. She has been an active participant in MMGMA for the past 10 years as well as MHA, MNCREW and MNCAR. Additionally, she served as the vice chair for the City of Chaska Planning Commission for four years.
