Brad Klawitter is firm’s second hire at newest office in Wisconsin

Colliers International | Wisconsin, the state’s largest third-party real estate services firm, has hired Brad Klawitter to serve as senior property manager, working out of the firm’s Madison office.

Last month, Colliers announced the opening of its Madison office with Chris Richards serving managing director and market leader. Klawitter will bring extensive third-party property management experience and familiarity with the Madison and southwest Wisconsin marketplace.

“Brad is a proven leader in property management, and also aligns well with our culture and vision for the future,” Richards said. “Despite the economic impact of the pandemic, the Madison area continues to see strong activity in the commercial real estate market and Brad’s appointment will keep us well-positioned to support our clients and ongoing growth in the area.”

Colliers manages approximately 12,000,000 square feet state-wide and close to 1 million square feet in the greater Madison market with expectations for ongoing growth.

Prior to joining Colliers, Klawitter served in several different facilities and property management positions with Madison-area companies, including American Family Insurance.

“We feel very fortunate to have Brad joining our team,” said Lyle Landowski, COO of Colliers International | Wisconsin. “He has an outstanding professional background and will play a key role in our ongoing growth in the greater Madison market.”

While the Madison office is locally owned and operated, it also has access to an array of services and support that Colliers International, a global leader in the industry, provides to all of its local offices and commercial real estate professionals.
