Sagmoen and Sewart have a combined 40 years of industry experience at the Milwaukee brokerage

MILWAUKEE, WI (July 5, 2022) - Colliers | Wisconsin is pleased to announce Steve Sewart and Russ Sagmoen as Partners in the company. Both Sewart and Sagmoen are longtime brokerage advisors with the firm, first joining Colliers in 2003 and 2006 respectively. During this time, both have built reputations as go-to experts in their fields and have been critical in the growth of the firm.

 

Steve has spent his career working closely with both local and institutional owners and tenants throughout southeastern Wisconsin. He also has represented and supported attracting some of the largest companies to the Milwaukee region as a member of the Colliers Occupier Advisors team.

 

Russ has been a top real estate advisor, advising retail owners, tenants and financial institutions across the state for nearly two decades. His work with financial institutions has established him not only as a local expert but as a leader within Colliers national platform.

Steve joined Colliers | Wisconsin as a member of the industrial brokerage team in 2003. Throughout his 20 years advising clients, Steve has diligently advised his clients regarding space acquisitions and dispositions, site selections, lease negotiations, real estate strategies and financial analysis.

Since joining Colliers, Steve has played an active role in the industrial group and has been a top producer, deal of the year winner and Costar “Power Broker”. Currently, Steve is  responsible for marketing approximately 4,200,000 square feet of industrial and flex space throughout southeastern Wisconsin. Taking into account his experience in the industry, as well as the value he adds to the organization, Steve was named as a Partner of the Wisconsin office in 2022.

Steve’s areas of expertise include; leasing and sales of industrial buildings, landlord representation and tenant representation.
