Children’s Wisconsin Names Colliers | Wisconsin Strategic Real Estate Partner

Maureen serves as a multidisciplinary real estate expert, with the distinct ability to adapt, manage and understand virtually all facets of the industry. Backed by more than 20 years of industry experience, Maureen specializes in the often complicated world of healthcare specific assets and real estate services.

Prior to her time at Colliers | Wisconsin Maureen earned her bachelor's degree in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin - Madison. She began her career working with various development firms and eventually shifted her focus to healthcare specific real estate. Maureen has spent more than a decade solely focused on the real estate needs of one of the state's largest and most respected hospitals - Children’s Wisconsin. At present, she serves as their Director of Real Estate where she oversees more than one million square feet of administrative, specialty, dental, primary care, urgent care and social services space. With over 100 leased, subleased, and owned properties, Maureen plays an integral role in site selection, project planning, leasing negotiations, portfolio and asset management.

In addition to her professional life, Maureen is active in various community organizations and serves on the Executive Board of Directors at Divine Savior Holy Angels. Her prowess within the real estate industry, as well as her involvement in the community, earns Maureen universal respect from her clients and peers.

Serving as the Senior Lease Administration Analyst for Children’s Wisconsin, Jamie works in tandem with Colliers | Wisconsin to maintain the hospital's robust real estate portfolio. With nearly a decade of industry experience, Jamie effortlessly blends her background in healthcare with an intimate understanding of real estate.  

Jamie developed a strong understanding of healthcare through her time at the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee, earning a Bachelors of Science in Healthcare Administration with a minor in Business. With an aptitude for growth and experience, Jamie began working with various healthcare organizations while in college and eventually became involved with the real estate segment of the industry. Jamie joined the real estate team at Children’s Wisconsin nearly a decade ago and has since become responsible for lease and rent management for more than 120 assets statewide. Offering an invaluable mix of leadership and vision, Jamie plays an integral role in the management and development of their real estate strategy. 

Jamie garners universal respect for the work she does with Childrens Wisconsin. Leveraging her diverse background in healthcare allows Jamie to analyze and understand virtually all facets of the industry, ensuring the best possible service to all that she works with. 

Lyle is responsible for driving the culture, strategic leadership and ultimately growth of Colliers | Wisconsin and related companies. Lyle, along with the entire Colliers | Wisconsin leadership team, has created a diversified and integrated family of companies that serve to support the Colliers  market leading brokerage and property management platforms.

Most of his career has been spent in the commercial real estate industry as an office broker. Lyle has worked with some of the largest landlords and corporations in the region, helping advise on strategy and servicing their real estate needs. This experience has given him insight in the industry and valuable perspective on how to build a market leading brokerage and property management platform - particularly by leveraging technology, marketing, research and analytics.

Additionally, Lyle has a great passion for people and a desire to serve. He views it as his role to help each person discover and build their abilities and to help the company discover it's purpose, both internally as an organization and externally in the Milwaukee community.
